Trip to Lisbon

 Our first flight after a three year Corona break took us toLisbon.

The pilot mentioned a few times that the Airbus A321 was brand new and only a few months old

 We arrived late but still caught a metro to our hotel and checked in a bit after midnight

Setting up the Christmas Tree

 On the afternoon of Christmas Eve Mia helped setting up our nice Christmas tree

Last Day of the Christmas Market

 On the last day of the Christmas Market in Heidelberg Mia and her friend spend some time at the Uniplatz to help with closing a stand 

We met to give Mia some money for a bit to eat. Luckily it was not as cold as rge week before

 On a cold on windy evening the Heidelberg girl scouts headed to the Heidelberg Christmas market

Uncle Stefan in Town

After a three year corona break uncle Stefan finally continues his tradition of a trip to Heidelberg for the double birthday

There was no big birthday party on Mia's 14'th birthday but two friends came over for cake and we later went to an Italian restaurant

Big Band Concert

We got free tickets for the first Big Band concert at work after two years of Corona break. Mia didn#T like it too much
