Nürnberg

Our first stop was Nürnberg where we stayed in the old town a 10 minute walk from uncle Günther and aunt Elisabeth's place.

Our hotel was right next to the Albrecht Dürer house - which is on the right of this picture

Uncle Günter joined us for a walk of the old garden next to the castle

Of course we also went up to the castle where Mia was expecting to see a princess

She didn't find one but had fun climbing on some rocks

Another attraction was Idefix the cat of the neighbors in uncle Günter's house

 Their youngest son - Sebastian - is Mia's age and together they checked out a playground next to the old city walls

Everybody joined cousin Matze for his birthday party in courtyard

We also liked a beer in the "Hexenhäuschen" beer garden next to the old city gate
